Een klein dorpje aan de kust.. verscholen tussen de industrie en de Noordhollandse duinen. Een dorpje waar mensen elkaar nog kennen en waarbij iedereen altijd gastvrij is voor de toeristen. Wijk aan Zee. Hier heb ik jarenlang gewoond en daarom voor mij een logische keuze om mijn eerste digitale tekening van dit prachtige dorpje in Nederland te maken.

Over Alvadela
Every illustration starts with a vision... When I walk through a city I become part of it. Every city has his own character, like a breathing creature that lives night and day. I want to know this creature, its secrets and thoughts... The same counts for a walk in the nature... I love the smell of the forest, the sound of the sea the warmth of the sun on my skin or the cold wind. It reminds me how beautiful our planet is and also how fragile we are. Alvadela
